Dear Bob,
On my recent trip to Disney, my glasses broke and although I had my contacts, I cannot wear them for long periods of time. I frantically called you on Wednesday, April 8th and asked if there was any way I could get a new pair of glasses to me in Disney. You said don’t worry about a thing; I will take care of it. I had new glasses by Friday April 10th and the rest of my vacation was great. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and efficiency in getting glasses to me.

I recently purchased glasses from your establishment. I just want to give you some feedback. Number on the eye doctor was very professional and thorough yet he made me feel comfortable, that’s a plus! The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very patient and helpful. I don’t know if I came at a good time but I was in and out in time to use my senior citizen bus pass.
I picked up my glasses the next day – WOW! But the best part is that you LIVE UP to your advertisement. I paid $199 for a complete eye exam and 1 pair of progressive eyeglasses and not a penny more. It is a first for me there were no gimmicks. My eyes don’t hurt anymore and the glasses are so comfortable and stylish. I just want to thank the staff for a stress free experience.
